Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to Identification, recognition, everywhere as a person of a People before the law;
Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper identification including but not limited to manufactured cards, digital series of unsigned bytes, digitally signed series of unsigned bytes;
Every person from a People, has the right to partial copyrights and licenses to their proper identification, when applicable;
Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper digitally immortalized identification;
No entity in the world can claim exclusive rights to the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
No entity in the world can tamper with or alter the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
No entity in the world can cancel or terminate or delete the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper identification recognized by all authorities around the globe;
Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse including but not limited to skin dyed identification;
Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse implant identifications;
Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse tracking the proper identification;

The verbiage "Every person from a People" carries the safeguard against the tyranny that disintegrated the League of Nations by objection of the US President Wilson against the wording of all People as equals, by the Japanese delegation!

The inclusion of unborn fetuses is of grave importance since at the time of writing this article the leaders of major powers in the world have decreed the erasure of certain peoples by all means possible. And we have witnessed the murder of pregnant women in cold blood by soldiers and in thousands!
