Charter of Peoples' Rights to Identification

Rights 
  1. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to Identification, recognition, everywhere as a person of a People before the law;
  2. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper identification including but not limited to manufactured cards, digital series of unsigned bytes, digitally signed series of unsigned bytes;
  3. Every person, from a People, has the right to partial copyrights and licenses to their proper identification, when applicable;
  4. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper digitally immortalized identification;
  5. No entity in the world can claim exclusive rights to the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
  6. No entity in the world can tamper with or alter the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
  7. No entity in the world can cancel or terminate or delete the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
  8. Every person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper identification recognized by all authorities around the globe;
  9. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse including but not limited to skin dyed identification;
  10. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse implant identifications;
  11. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse tracking the proper identification;
The inclusion of unborn fetus is of grave importance since at the time of writing this article the leaders of major powers in the world have decreed the erasure of certain peoples by all means possible. And we have witnessed the murder of pregnant women in cold blood by soldiers and in thousands!

  2. In case of usage of asymmetric keys cryptography, who has the right and responsibility for safeguarding the keys?
  3. In case of usage of asymmetric keys cryptography, who has the right and responsibility for management of the keys?
  4. In case of usage of asymmetric keys cryptography, who has the right and responsibility to host the storage for the keys?
  5. In case of usage of asymmetric keys cryptography, who has the right and responsibility to budget for the costs of the keys, both recurring and nonrecurring?
