Charter of Peoples' Rights to Identification

1. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to Identification,recognition, everywhere as a person of a People before the law;
2. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus,, has the right to proper identification including but not limited to manufactured cards, digital series of unsigned bytes, digitally signed series of unsigned bytes;
3. Ever person, from a People, has the right to partial copyrights and licenses to their proper identification, when applicable;
4. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus,, has the right to proper digitally immortalized identification; 
5. No entity in the world can claim exclusive rights to the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
6. No entity in the world can tamper with or alter the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
7. No entity in the world can cancel or terminate or delete the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
8. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper identification recognized by all authorities around the globe;
9. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse including but not limited to skin dyed identification;
10. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse implant identifications;
11. Ever person, from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse tracking the proper identification;
