Charter of Peoples' Rights to Identification

1. Ever person, from a People, has the right to Identification,recognition, everywhere as a person of a People before the law;
2. Ever person, from a People, has the right to proper identification including but not limited to manufactured cards, digital series of unsigned bytes, digitally signed series of unsigned bytes;
3. Ever person, from a People, has the right to proper identification recognized by all authorities around the globe;
4. Ever person, from a People, has the right to reject and refuse including but not limited to skin dyed identification;
5. Ever person, from a People, has the right to reject and refuse implant identifications;
