Charter of Peoples' Rights to Biometrics

1. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to Biometric identification everywhere as a person of a People before the law;
2. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper Biometric identification including but not limited to manufactured cards, digital series of unsigned bytes, digitally signed series of unsigned bytes;
3. Every person from a People, has the right to partial copyrights and licenses to their proper Biometric identification;
4. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper digitally immortalized Biometric identification;
5. No entity in the world can claim exclusive rights to the proper Biometric identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
6. No entity in the world can tamper with or alter the proper Biometric identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
7. No entity in the world can cancel or terminate or delete the proper Biometric identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;
8. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper Biometric identification recognized by all authorities around the globe;
9. Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to reject and refuse tracking the proper Biometric identification;
