# Charter of Peoples' Rights to Identification

##### Rights 

1. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to Identification, recognition, everywhere as a person of a People before the law;</span>
2. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper identification including but not limited to manufactured cards, digital series of unsigned bytes, digitally signed series of unsigned bytes;</span>
3. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Every person from a People, has the right to partial copyrights and licenses to their proper identification, when applicable;</span>
4. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Every person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus, has the right to proper digitally immortalized identification;</span>
5. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">No entity in the world can claim exclusive rights to the proper identification of a Person from a People, dead, alive or unborn fetus;</span>
